This Tudor style property has spectacular features, from the grand entrance hall to the stunning dining room where 24 guests can sit down to eat together. This light filled room with views and an impressive gold arched ceiling is an ambient space to share a meal and enjoy catching up with loved ones. The lounge has plenty of plush seating positioned around an open fire for after dinner drinks or a game of cards at the circular table with chairs. And the sweeping staircase is perfect for a dramatic entrance by a bride-to-be.
The 12 bedrooms are individually designed, sumptuous and a convenient mix of kings, doubles, quad and a triple. Whether you fancy a 4 poster in an exquisite wood panelled room or a more contemporary room, there is something for all tastes and ages. All of the bedrooms have en suite facilities, mostly showers but 4 have a bath with shower over.
The gardens are equally gorgeous, with a relaxation area complete with hot tub, extensive lawns and a children's play area. There's plenty of space, too, to erect a marquee for 60 to 100 guests attending an event, product launch or a wedding reception. And the Romeo and Juliet balcony is just made for photo opportunities.

The oceanarium is worth a visit, as is the Pavilion or Splashdown, all weather destinations. The Jurassic Coast is awe-inspiring and a trip to see Durdle Door is surely on the agenda. The New Forest National Park is a short drive away for walkers, cyclists and to see the iconic New Forest ponies wandering freely there.
