The house is located in the beautiful Tulliemet and despite its secluded spot is only 3 miles from the A9 (Ballinluig junction), therefore also making it the ideal touring base for exploring the local area. Built in 1804, and fully renovated in 2023, this elegant house is packed full of character and charm with spacious rooms for socialising and sleeping, allowing for a comfortable stay. There is a well-equipped kitchen and breakfast room, two sitting rooms (both of which have open fires) and a large dining room that can seat up to 13 people. The bedrooms include 5 doubles, 4 twins and 1 single room, and there are 8 bathrooms and 2 washrooms. Outdoor enthusiasts will enjoy the open space and walled garden, featuring a private loch and sauna. There are plenty of stunning walks on the door step. Hill loch and salmon fishing is also available on the estate and conveniently located close to the house (please enquire on booking). The picturesque nearby towns of Pitlochry and Dunkeld are both less than a 20-minute drive away and provide all the local amenities, shops, cafes and restaurants.
