The modern and luxurious villas comprising 30 apartments are built using traditional materials creating a sense of rustic charm combined with contemporary features. Large yet cosy, they have large windows affording beautiful views of the Tuscan landscape, and each has a fully equipped kitchen. Outside there are huge terraces, landscaped gardens and swimming pools, some shared some private. A wide range of services provided within the estate will make your holiday even more unforgettable: you can play tennis or relax in the swimming pool which has a lazy river-flow current system. And the children can play in a large playground or enjoy various sports. On site there is also a restaurant, open all day with a range of Italian cuisine freshly prepared from mostly local produce. There are functions held at the restaurant on occasion, or you can arrange your own celebration here. There is also a poolside bar offering drinks and snacks during summer months. These lovely villas are perfectly located for exploring Tuscany. It is just a 10 minute drive to the wonderful medieval hilltop city of Volterra (10 km), an historic Etruscan city which can be seen from the apartment. A short drive away are San Gimignano (40 km) and Siena 65 km), and the famous Leaning Tower at Pisa (60 km). The cultural treasures of Florence (96 km) can also be enjoyed on a day trip.
