Our 2-night weekend prices as the same as our 3 night weekend prices. Therefore, we recommend booking a 3 night break and take advantage of a later departure on the Sunday.
 
With wheelchair accessibility and plenty of extras, Twenty One is designed to provide the ultimate group getaway.
 
The spacious open-plan living and dining area is perfect for entertaining, with large glass sliding doors opening onto a private decking and a south-facing outdoor area. Enjoy al fresco dining, a wood-fired hot tub, a sauna, and a Scandinavian-style BBQ hut. Inside, a wood-burner, a 60" Smart TV, and plenty of comfortable seating make for a cosy retreat.





The fully equipped kitchen features a double range oven, an American fridge-freezer, a wine cooler, and an island with bar stools. The adjoining utility room provides extra space with a fridge, washing machine, and dryer. Each of the six bedrooms is individually styled, with five offering super king-size beds (set as twins or doubles) and Bedroom 5 offering a fixed double. The lodge has four luxurious bathrooms, including en-suites in some bedrooms. Bedroom 6 has wheelchair access and an accessible shower. The rear patio offers a private log-burning hot tub and seating area, while the front decked area is perfect for sunbathing.

Additional amenities include a complimentary welcome hamper, high-quality bed linens, towels, bathrobes, and toiletries. Guests can enjoy complimentary bikes, boules, tennis, and private parking for two cars. The lodge is dog-friendly and includes underfloor heating for added comfort. For an extra touch of luxury, consider booking a private chef, activities, or beauty treatments.

- **Dog Friendly:** Guests are welcome to bring up to two dogs with prior arrangement, at a fixed rate of £10 per dog, per night.
- **Accessibility:** The lodge is all on one level with wide doorways and an open-plan layout, making it suitable for wheelchair users.

- **WiFi:** This property has free WiFi available.
- **Parking:** Private parking is available for two cars. 16 electric vehicle points are also available at two of the car parks on site.

- **Bedrooms:** Bedroom 5 is a fixed double. The other bedrooms can be set as doubles or twins.

- **Electric Vehicle Charging:** 16 electric vehicle points are also available at two of the car parks on site.
- **Everyone Can Dine Together:** Everyone can dine together around the dining table seating up to 12 guests.

- **Kitchen:** Fully equipped kitchen with everything you may need for a self catering stay.
- **Linen:** High quality cotton bed linen, towels and hot tub robes are provided.
- **Outdoor:** Private patio with jacuzzi-style hot tub, BBQ house, secure south-facing deck, and on-site boules, bikes, tennis, and lakeside walks.
- **Sauna:** Wood-powered Scandinavian sauna.
- **Sitting Room:** Spacious open-plan sitting room with colourful interiors, cosy wood-burner, ample seating, and large Smart TV for relaxed group gatherings.
