This bunkhouse accommodation is ideal for extended family groups and friends, as well as having excellent facilities for youth and corporate gatherings, for personal development and team building events. Ty Borfa has a large rear garden bordering the sand dunes, with plenty of outdoor seating making it perfect for enjoying a picnic overlooking the sea. Indoor and outdoor spaces are available for group activities as well as business teambuilding sessions. The kitchen is fully equipped for those who want to cook for themselves. Sit down to eat together in the dining room and chill out on leather sofas after dinner, with a Smart TV for films and presentations. 12 bedrooms offer a combination of bunks and single rooms, comfortable sleeping spaces with linen provided. One of the singles is accessible for anyone less mobile. All bedrooms have their own bathroom facility and there is an outside shower, too, for washing off sand. Make the most of this spectacular setting to experience a wide range of on-land activities, including orienteering, rock climbing and bushcraft, and sea-based activities including surfing, gorge walking and stand up paddleboarding. Port Eynon is a great little village with a fish and chip shop for supper, a coffee house and a pub, all within walking distance of Ty Borfa. Rhossili is a stunning sandy beach stretching for miles, and Oxwich is also popular - both can be reached in just over 10 minutes. ## Facilities - **Dog Friendly:** Pets are not permitted in the house. You can also pay over the phone during office hours by credit / debit card. - The balance of the account is payable one month before your booking. - We only accept payments in UK sterling currency. - - Arrival - -  You will be contacted prior to your visit to arrange a suitable time (from 4.00pm) for you to arrive.   - -  Information for Health & Safety and Security etc, will be left at the house for you.  Your group will be responsible for the building until the time of departure arranged with the manager. - -  Early check in is subject to availability and with prior agreement with the manger. - -  Departure - - The house must be vacated by 12pm. Just over 10 minutes to Rhossili and Oxwich. Swansea and the M4 around 40 minutes. Port Eynon offers a family friendly Blue Flag awarded beach. At the far end of Port Eynon Bay sits the 18th century ruin of the old Salt House originally extracting salt from the sea, although it is thought that the business was run as a cover for smuggled goods.
