Ty Cefn is kitted out with everything required for a luxury stay in mid Wales located between breathtaking Eryri (Snowdonia) and the beautiful Shropshire Hills. It's also great for corporate team-building excursions, wedding accommodation or peaceful retreats being high up on a peaceful hill with privacy, space and fab views.
The living areas are generous and second to none, offering a fully equipped kitchen and dining space with stunning glass walls bringing the outside in. Relax on the comfortable sofas next to the log fire in the lounge on chilly evenings and catch up with loved ones at the bar. Alternatively the home cinema has an enormous screen and luxurious seating to guarantee an authentic experience, popular with all ages. The full size badminton court offers the chance of a fun tournament for family, friends or colleagues. Not to mention the games room with pool table, darts board and table tennis table.
When the sun is shining or on warmer evenings throw open the French doors onto the deck and dine al-fresco, chill out in the hot tub or sunbath on the lawn whilst the kids and dogs run around the enclosed paddock. Enjoy the cosy all weather Scandinavian BBQ cabin whilst star gazing.
Four bedrooms are upstairs and 2 are on the ground floor, all with chic design and splashes of colour. Five are en suite with one having its own private bathroom across the hall. One of the downstairs bedrooms is fully accessible with adjoining wetroom. Four of the rooms can be made up as either superking or twin beds, the other two have kingsize beds.
Ty Cefn is ideally situated for those that love outdoor pursuits. Challenging climbs can be found all over Eryri and the Cambrian Mountains, which are just under an hour away. Welshpool is home to Powis Castle and various independent shops, as well as several supermarkets. The Llanfair narrow gauge steam railway runs from the village Llanfair Caereinion, 3 miles away, past Cyfronydd, an excellent activity for all to enjoy. The quaint market town of Montgomery has an imposing castle ruin and terrifying history.
