Ty'n Don, Abersoch, Gwynedd

8 - 16 8 Bed 16 Dining

Large accessible coastal holiday house near Abersoch sleeping 16, dog friendly and perfect for family and friends

Holiday Rental for Groups of Families and Friends. Ty'n Don, Abersoch, Gwynedd, sleeps 8 - 16 in 8 bedrooms.

The location of this farmhouse by the sea couldn't be better. Ty'n Don, a holiday farmhouse near Abersoch sleeping 16, is a great option for meeting up with friends and family for a big birthday get together or a traditional seaside holiday in a house that is all about spending time together while allowing a bit of privacy and choice. Opportunities for a range of watersports are on the doorstep as well as coastal path hikes and superb cycling routes.

The owners have put heart and soul into renovating this gorgeous farmstead retaining many of the original floors and stained glass windows. The kitchen is very well set up for cooking group meals and the open plan design makes the dining area a hugely sociable space, with fantastic views too, across Porth Neigwl Bay and the Irish Sea. If the weather behaves, why not stoke the barbecue and enjoy some al fresco dining. Two lounges provide options for a mixed generational group and both are stylish spaces complete with comfy sofas and wide screen TVs. The upstairs sitting room can double up as a games room.

Sleeping arrangements are flexible at Ty'n Don with a mix of doubles and twins. The ground floor double with next door wet room is particularly handy for any guests with mobility issues. All of the bedrooms have smart soft furnishings and most have sea or countryside views. Modern bathroom facilities are plentiful and spread across all floors.

As a holiday destination, the Llyn Peninsula is a true gem, offering pretty little ports, heritage and culture along with fabulous family friendly blue flag beaches. Ty'n Don can be found near the pretty village of Llanengan, 5 minutes from the trendy bustling seaside resort of Abersoch. It is right on the coastal path of Porth Neigwl beach, a popular surfing and kayaking beach with a stunning sandy expanse at low tide. Pwllheli, the capital of the Llyn, is a good day out boasting one of the best modern marinas in the UK. There are art galleries and independent cafes to explore, or perhaps book a coastal cruise to spot some local marine life.

For larger groups there are also several holiday cottages on site - please get in touch so we can find the best combination for your group.
