If you’re looking for something unique for your group to experience, UKSA’s all-inclusive campus package could be just what you’re looking for. Our large 4-acre home in Cowes is the perfect base to explore the beautiful Isle of Wight. Accommodation for youth groups, clubs, uniformed groups, and schools consists of dormitory style accommodation blocks with a choice of B&B, half, or full board options. B&B includes breakfast served in our onsite canteen. Full board includes three meals a day, with a packed lunch for when you’re on the move. Self-contained 4-8 berth bunk rooms have single and twin rooms available for leaders with separate bathrooms. Wheelchair accessible bedrooms are also available.

Campus stays include full use of on site facilities. Classrooms, an indoor heated swimming pool, full-sized sports hall, WiFi, changing rooms, drying rooms, canteen, and bar area are available for your group to use. 

UKSA’s waterfront base is the perfect location to incorporate watersports and team building activities in your stay. Learn to sail, kayak, windsurf, paddleboard, team build and more. Activities can be tailored to your groups age, ability, and needs. Extend your trip with visits to some of the islands famous attractions like Osbourne House or Dinosaur Isle or use UKSA as a base camp to explore the island.
