Upper Rectory Farm is well set up for large gatherings. Up to 22 can get together in The Farm Collection cottages for a special occasion, a family weekend away, a retreat or a corporate break in beautiful countryside surroundings - or add other cottages for larger groups. Dining for 30 is available.

Great central location just a few minutes from the M42, a consideration for guests travelling from different parts of the country.

Converted farm buildings across 3 pretty courtyards provide very comfortable living areas, a combination of traditional and contemporary design. The Refectory dining room or party space is an excellent on-site facility, a communal area where everyone can eat, dance or play together. It's a popular room with business groups too, for board meetings, conferences and team building activities. Guests can opt for self catering, preparing large meals in the Refectory kitchen, or use local outside caterers.

Outside spaces are exquisite with French door access to patios and seating areas, close enough to other properties but definitely separate. Take in the panoramic views with morning coffee, afternoon tea or a cheeky G&T. If you fancy relaxing in a hot tub, Jean can arrange this (hired in at extra charge) along with bespoke spa treatments from a holistic therapist. Nothing is too much trouble.

A combination of en suite doubles and twins works well for a mixed group. A number of the cottages are single storey with ramps and wide doorways, easier for anyone less mobile in a multi generational group.

Walks around the farm and along the canal are very close by but the beauty of Upper Rectory Farm is that it's also handy for key East Midlands attractions including Drayton Manor and Twycross Zoo. The NEC is only 45 minutes away if you have booked concert tickets or if your company is involved in an exhibition. Birmingham and Nottingham are within easy reach.
