This large unique self-catering duplex apartment enjoys a great location 1 mile from the centre of Harrogate which is the perfect setting for family holidays or a large group of friends looking for a relaxing, luxury escape.

The apartment has a very stylish modern feel, and we have also restored all of the original Victorian period features such as the coving, skirting and high ceilings. The holiday home has over 2000 square feet of space making the property very light, bright, and comfortable.

There are 4 large bedrooms, 3 of them with super kingsize beds and the master bedroom has 2 king-size beds.

Other special features include a good-sized kitchen that comfortably seats 10 adults, a 65 inch Sony Bravia OLED Smart 4K TV and Sony DVD / Blu-ray player, a built-in air purification system.

Outside, guests can enjoy a glass balcony terrace with the sun shining most of the afternoon and evening.

We’re a 10-minute walk from the beautiful Stray which is set in 200 acres of open grassland that wraps around Harrogate. The Stray is also a popular spot for picnicking and all kinds of outdoor activities and festivals.

Booking Information

25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The final payment is due 60 days before arrival. We don’t ask for any breakage deposit but the lead booker must complete our Guest Verification process with our Insurance partners SuperHog.

Within 1 mile of the centre of Harrogate, and close to the open space of the Stray. Within easy reach of the Yorkshire Dales.

  • Harrogate town centre is approx 1 mile from the property.
  • There are a number of shops and takeaways directly opposite the property, Co-op, Sainsbury's, M&S Food, Post Office among others.
  • The Coach & Horses pub is 0.8 miles away which marks the start of all the pubs, bars, and eateries. There's a large choice in Harrogate.
  • Leeds Bradford Airport (LBA) is 10 miles away.
  • Hornbeam Park station is just less than half a mile away.
  • There is a bus stop going into Harrogate and Ripon 10 metres from the property, and 150 metres on the other side which goes directly to Leeds.
