The ground floor has a well equipped open plan kitchen with an arch through to a formal dining room for 14. The lounge has beautiful Victorian high ceilings and a feature fireplace along with a Smart TV and comfy sofas. Doors open out to more outside terrace seating, a glass balcony and dining area for barbecues and watching the ever changing bay whilst the sun sets.
