## About The Property

The View is a large detached house sleeping 10, set in a quiet location with stunning uninterrupted sea views. Completely refurbished throughout with new kitchen, bathrooms, furniture and fittings, providing luxury holiday accommodation for families, friends and girls weekends, with a minimum stay at of 3 nights  (7 nights in high seasons with a Friday change over). Dogs are welcome too.

A sunny entrance porch leads to the expansive hallway with stairs to first floor. The open plan lounge/kitchen/diner benefits from spectacular sea views and incorporates a modern fully equipped kitchen (with separate utility room), dining area with bespoke table that comfortably seats 10, which leads into a large lounge.

All the bedrooms are spacious. For those less mobile there is a useful ground floor en suite bedroom with a further 4 first floor bedrooms (2 en suite) and a main bathroom.

To the front of the property there is parking for 2 cars, with EV charger, ( chargeable )a garage which can be used as a store for water sports equipment. There are easy steps up to the front of the house and a raised, paved, terraced area with seating and spectacular sea views. There is a large rear enclosed terraced garden also with sea views, a hot tub, garden furniture and a built in barbecue.

Hannafore Beach is really close and is dog friendly all year. Its an easy walk into the beautiful scenic town of Looe, which has a Supermarket, shops, great pubs and restaurants, with a fresh fish market every day.

- **TV and Music Facilities:** Large screen TV in lounge with additional Smart TV in entrance hall.
- **Heating and Open Fires:** Gas central heating. Wood burning stove in lounge. Heated towel rails in all bathrooms and utility.
- **Bedrooms:** First floor: Super King, en suite; King, en suite; 2 twin bedrooms with shared main bathroom.
Ground floor: King en suite.
- **Linen:** White bed linen, towels provided.
- **Bathrooms:** 4 in total: 3 en suite, 1 shared between 2 bedrooms.
- **Children's Facilities:** Separate TV area, enclosed rear garden and beach close by.
- **Outdoor:** Hot tub in rear garden, with barbecue and garden furniture. At the front, paved area with seating and magnificent sea views.
- **Swimming Pool:** There is no pool but the beach is close by.
- **Parking:** Private parking for 2/3 cars. EV charger, plus garage storage. Additional parking in quiet cul-de-sac in front of house.
- **Smoking:** No smoking permitted.

-  Arrival 4pm, departure 10 am. 25% deposit required with booking, balance 60 days before. Full Booking and Cancellation conditions on the web-site. High season: weekly stays with Friday change over, Christmas minimum 4 nights , the remainder of the year is a minimum of 3 nights.
