The View is a large detached house sleeping 10, set in a quiet location with stunning uninterrupted sea views. Completely refurbished throughout with new kitchen, bathrooms, furniture and fittings, providing luxury holiday accommodation for families and friends, with a minimum stay at weekends of 3 nights and midweek 4 nights (7 nights in high seasons), Friday changeover.

A sunny entrance porch leads to the expansive hallway with stairs to first floor. The open plan lounge/kitchen/diner benefits from spectacular sea views and incorporates a modern fully equipped kitchen (with separate utility room), dining area with bespoke table that comfortably seats 10, which leads into a large lounge.

All the bedrooms are spacious. For those less mobile there is a useful ground floor en suite bedroom with a further 4 first floor bedrooms (2 en suite) and a main bathroom.

To the front of the property there is parking for 2 cars, with EV charger, ( chargeable )a garage which can be used as a store for water sports equipment. There are easy steps up to the front of the house and a raised, paved, terraced area with seating and spectacular sea views. There is a large rear enclosed terraced garden also with sea views, a hot tub, garden furniture and a built in barbecue.

Hannafore Beach is really close and is dog friendly all year. Its an easy walk into the beautiful scenic town of Looe, which has a Supermarket, shops, great pubs and restaurants, with a fresh fish market every day.

Gas central heating. Wood burning stove in lounge. Heated towel rails in all bathrooms and utility.

Booking Information

Changeover Friday, arrival 4pm, departure 10am. 25% deposit required with booking, balance 60 days before, plus refundable security deposit of £500. Full Booking and Cancellation conditions on the web-site. High season: weekly only; Mid/Low season: 3 night weekends and 4 night midweek.
