The spacious Casa Volcan is a perfect holiday villa for groups to get together such as family, friends, girls weekends, anniversaries and birthday celebrations.

Set over 3 levels giving lots of space for larger groups, the villa provides an abundance of space to socialise but at the same time lots of areas to retreat and relax with privacy and tranquility away from the rest of the group.

A holiday in this villa shows you what Lanzarote Retreats are famous for, the best luxury escapes on this island. Casa Volcan provides a wonderful, relaxing place to unwind and, at the same time, a fabulous playground for children; neither is at the expense of the others, you all have lots of space!

This villa features an open-sided terrace-room with table tennis and a dining table, a hammock and barbecue area along with a day bed of authentic Moroccan sofas. The spacious open plan living room is flooded with light and boasts magnificent sea views. A large patio sliding door opens out onto the 8×4 metre solar heated swimming pool and lava/decked terrace. Enjoy the tranquil surroundings and uninterrupted sea views from the covered shaded chill-out terrace.

There are 6 bedrooms, a mix of large doubles and twins. Please note: the 6th sub-terrain bedroom with sea views from its king-size built-in bed is accessed exclusively from the pool area through a hydraulic wooden trap door, ideal for teenagers.

Casa Volcan is located in a traditional quiet farming village and, from the village, it is just 1km to the golden sand beach of Arrieta. The beach is a great location to dine at; choose one of the two beachfront restaurants and enjoy overlooking the ocean. You can even find a quirky VW Van converted to a reasonably priced Mojito Bar. Along with a play park, skate ramp and football pitch there is something for all the family

We are at hand to help you organise your group stay. Choose from a selection of holiday extras to make your visit special, for example, a hybrid vehicle delivered to your villa, private VIP airport transfers, meals delivered, massage, day trips - any requests you have, just let us know.

Facilities

Fully equipped for all of your self-catering needs, complete with oven/induction-hob/grill, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and microwave.
Dining area is in an outdoor, covered and sheltered setting on the mid-level of the villa. Seating for 12 guests plus high chairs.
Down on the lower level by the pool, large floor to ceiling panoramic views to the ocean.
Flat-screen TV with USB ports and HDMI ports, docking station, safe and WiFi (perfect to keep gaming teenagers happy.
WiFi provided free of charge.
The mid-level of the villa offers the table tennis zone, also an independent gym room on upper level.

We respectfully ask for no smoking inside, you have plenty of terraces to relax and use when smoking.

Location

Set in a mountain village near Arrieta, and within 1 km of the beach, restaurants and other facilities. Overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.
Arrieta, a quaint fishing village, is just 1km from the villa, and within 20 minutes drive you can access other villages and the resort of Costa Teguise.
In Arrieta - here you have a well-stocked supermarket, also the petrol station has a huge variety of produce to buy. There are some quaint souvenir shops too.
Arrieta; here you will find some amazing local restaurants on the ocean beachfront. Within 10 mins you can access other villages too with even more choice.

Price is shown in Euros. Extra guests 25€ pp/on Min 3 nights stay. 30% deposit, balance 1 month before arrival. Flexible on changeover days. Check-in 16.00, checkout 10 am. Ask for a late checkout/early check-in price.

Arrecife (ACE) is the only airport on the island. Its a 30-minute drive to Casa Volcan, just ask if you require any private airport transfer quotes.
