The A1 motorway is just 15 minutes away for an easy transfer between Florence Airport and the villa. The spacious private terrace sits at the heart of the villa, with spectacular panoramic views over the surrounding countryside. Gather on the terrace to share long lunches, evening meals or a glass of local wine as the sun sets over the valley. With comfortable outdoor seating, a dining area, charcoal barbecue and a 5 metre above ground pool, this is the space your group will want to enjoy together all day long. And when evening comes, it's the perfect setting for a celebration or party too. An in-house cook is available upon request for a celebratory meal. Inside, Villa Cicogna combines traditional character with generous living spaces, offering plenty of room for everyone to enjoy time together, with quieter corners too. The first floor is home to 5 large bedrooms, configured as twins or kings, 3 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, and a welcoming lounge. Downstairs, the large games room provides a great opportunity for family fun or rainy day entertainment. Perfectly located for exploring Tuscany, the villa is within easy reach of Florence, Siena, Arezzo and the famous Chianti wine region. Enjoy scenic walks, cycling, vineyard visits, local markets and traditional restaurants before returning to the peace of the village.
