Villa del Arte is made up of 3 properties, with a total of 11 bedrooms, and 10 bathrooms: The main villa sleeps 7 in 3 bedrooms 2 studios each sleeping 4 persons Guest building with a total of 6 bedrooms, being a mix of doubles/twins and family rooms The property is only available with exclusive use - the separate buildings are not available individually. For larger groups, we have an additional detached villa, Villa Panorama, with 3 bedrooms, its own pool and hot tub. Villa Panorama sleeps up to 7. This is available at an additional cost. It has a connecting gate in the garden to Villa del Arte, the main property. This large holiday villa near Oliva is ideally suited to extended families and groups of friends - sleeping arrangements afford some privacy, but there is plenty of room inside and out for socialising together. This is a great venue for a special family celebration or birthday gathering - we have also hosted wedding parties and yoga groups. Each of the guest bedrooms has an en suite shower/WC and balcony. Air conditoning throughout. The main villa houses a fully equipped kitchen, large lounge/diner, plus other lounge seating areas. There is a large covered terrace, perfect for al fresco dining, and an outside bar area for guests only, with great views over the coast. Outside, there is a huge swimming pool, 10m x 17m, with surrounding terraces for sunbathing. A barbecue is also provided for guest use. Nestled on a mountainside overlooking the town of Oliva and the sea, yet only few minutes drive to town centre and beach. The award winning golden beaches stretch for about 10kms from Gandia through to Denia. Lots of water sports are available, as well as fishing and kite boarding. From Denia you can catch the ferry to Ibiza for a day trip. The mountains provide ample opportunity for walking and cycling, with horse riding and a golf course on the outskirts of town, where there are also many restaurants and bars, and several colourful fiestas throughout the year. Valencia approx 45 mins drive, Alicante 1.25 hrs drive. ## Facilities - **Dog Friendly:** Pets can be accommodated on request at a supplement. Please enquire. - **Accessibility:** There are no facilities specifically for disabled guests. - **WiFi:** WiFi available. - **Kitchen:** Fully equipped with 3 ovens, fridges, chest freezer, dishwasher, microwave, hob. - **Dining Room:** Covered dining terrace with seating for up to 28. - **Sitting Room:** Entrance reception lounge, large lounge with TV and English channels. - **TV and Music Facilities:** Satellite TV in main lounge. - **Games Room:** There is no games room, but we do have a pool table outside. - **Heating and Open Fires:** Log burner in lounge, plus electric radiators in all bedrooms. Air conditioning in all bedrooms in Villa del Arte. - **Bedrooms:** 11 bedrooms: 4 family rooms, 1 double, 4 twins, 2 studios each sleeping 4 with double bed and bunk beds. 9 of the rooms have en suite facilities. - **Linen:** Bed linen and bath towels provided. - **Bathrooms:** 10 bath/shower rooms, 9 are en suite. 3 separate WCs. - **Children's Facilities:** Children welcome. - **Outdoor:** Outside dining area and barbecue, swimming pool with sun loungers on terrace.
