A new infinity style pool and large outside dining area was installed for 2023 season. This villa sells out 9-12 months before. We have no weekends left in May or June 2024. Midweek available. A few summer dates are avaialble still in 2025. If you are looking to book for 2026 please book early because it sells out! Just 500 metres from the beach and a quick walk to the marina of Cabopino. It's only a short walk away from local restaurants and the famous Nikki Beach Club parties and dancing, champagne tastings and lavish lunches. By car/Uber you can be in Marbella in 10 minutes, with an abundance of things to see and do including the wide beaches, shops and nightlife. The old town is perfect for wandering and people watching with cafes, activities and attractions for the whole family. 6 main bedrooms are on the ground floor, all en-suite and with double beds and 5 more bedrooms are in the separate upstairs apartments. These apartments have their own entrances - ideal for families or couples (please note the apartments are slightly older in style and decor than the main villa). There is air conditioning and alarms installed. All rooms are spacious - most of the bedrooms have double beds with some twins. The fabulous infinity pool has plenty of sun loungers. For winter there is a sauna. The garden has a "mini sand beach" plus table tennis. The real beach is such a short walk you'll be torn between relaxing by the pool or on the beach. There are light and airy yet cosy seating areas and loads of space to sit and eat. Inside there is an open plan, chef standard kitchen, fully equipped for either yourself or bring in our outside caterers. Outside there is a barbecue and al fresco dining with views of the garden. This is a great base for a break where you can kick back and relax, in a location perfect to park up and walk to everything you need, or go further afield with a short drive. In short this is a brilliant big villa at a great price year round! 10 parking speaces.
