Ideal for families, friends group holidays, located on the Gulf of Corinth near the spa town of Loutraki, famous for its healing mineral springs. Special to the region are the pine groves and crystal clear waters of the Ionian Sea.

Villa Elena has access to secluded 1 km beach and watersports are available locally. Also near a great choice of bars and tavernas, as well as a very popular casino. 100 km. from Athens airport, excursions can be organised to explore this must-see historic city.

The huge on-site swimming pool (with 2 showers), hot tub and sauna are great for holiday relaxation. Full sized tennis court for the more energetic, complete with night lights. A large bbq zone has pool table.

Outside living space offers perfect facilities for group meals, seating up to 25 people, a large roofed area with traditional oven, automatic barbecue and a pizza oven, 2 fridges, 1 winery. Spend long sociable evenings enjoying the bar zone and atmospheric lighting. The owner can also offer an optional chef for cooking breakfast and Mediterranean, Asian Lunches, dinners. Luxury welcome basket and breakfast essentials provided.

Villa sleeps up to 25 guests in 9 bedrooms, 9 WC, showers spread over 3 floors with stunning views of the sea or gardens, with a flexible room configuration and fantastic shower and bathroom facilities for all rooms.

The ground floor has a spacious, comfortable living room with a fireplace and TV, with patio doors to a terrace with views of the pool. An inside table has space for 12 next to the fully equipped kitchen.

A lot of activities are available locally. A jiu jitzu coach is available at weekends, for adults and teens.

Dining Room

On the ground floor is a dining table for 10. For al fresco dining there is covered space for 25.

Sitting Room

On the ground floor there is a spacious and comfortable living room with attractive fireplace, and outside dining terrace overlooking the pool.

TV and Music Facilities

Flat-screen TV with satellite channels and DVD player. iPad dock, CD player.

Games Room

There is a large games room with a pool and billiards table. Musical drums are here also to create fun for all ages.

Fire place in the ground floor lounge area.

Bedrooms

Mix of king sized beds, doubles and twin rooms. All have en suite bathroom facilities.

Linen

Towels and linen are provided and changed twice a week.

9 WC and showers and a bath as a facility from the master 1st floor bedroom. There are also 2 poolside showers for the convenience of guests.

Children television networks; baby safety gates; child safety socket covers and high chair. There are also plenty of children's books, DVDs and music.

Prices for Elena (in Euros) based on 18 staying – please enquire for other sized groups (€40pppn).
40% deposit. 10% early birds discount for bookings 6 months prior to stay. Minimum stay 7 nights in summer, 2, 3, 4 nights out of season. Clean and change of linen and towels twice a week.

The villa is 5 minutes walk from the private beach near Loutraki at Vouliagmeni Lake in the Peloponnese Region. It is located 80km West of Athens and 8km from Corinth. Good public transport.

The villa is very close to the resort of Loutraki. and Perahora is 5 km away.
Perahora, Spak Supermarket and Perahora Market, 5 km. Flabouro Cafe/bar, 4 km.
Loutraki is a modern spa resort with numerous tavernas, bars and cafes for all tastes. Try: Epanema Cafe/bar 2 km; Flabouro Cafe/bar 4 km; Edem, meat taverna 5 km; seafood taverna 1.5 km.
