Set in 15 acres of private gardens at Villa Farm, York Barn is available to hire for weddings with a choice of an indoor or outdoor ceremony. York Barn seats up to 150 for the wedding breakfast and 220 for the evening reception, providing a light and airy space, carefully restored from our former stable block, to make your dream wedding a reality. We also have the added option of our onsite accommodation, which is perfect for more intimate gatherings.

All cottages have their own TV and DAB radio with built-in Bluetooth speaker.

There is no games room.

Heating and Open Fires

All cottages have gas central heating included in the cost. Pheasant Rise has a log burner.

Bedrooms

Variety of large mainly family bedrooms containing king size, double and single bed combinations. Several sofa beds available for additional guests.

Linen

All bed linen and towels are included at no extra cost.

Bathrooms

Each cottage has at least one bathroom. Mix of baths and showers.

Children's Facilities

Cots and high chairs are available at no extra cost.

Outdoor

15 acres of mature landscaped surroundings. Please note garden areas are shared.

Swimming Pool

There is no pool. The 8 larger cottages and Dove Cottage have hot tubs.

Parking

Ample parking for all guests.

Smoking

All cottages are non-smoking.

Booking Information

Further information regarding all of our properties is available on our own website- including more images, floor plans and video tours.
Following booking, 25% deposit is due within 7 days with the remaining 75% due 28 days prior to arrival. A pre-authorisation of £200.00 is required as a security deposit 5 days prior to arrival.

Discounts are available for returning customers, NHS workers, Blue Light Card holders and Armed Forces. Please contact us for further information.

Enquiries for weddings and corporate events will be passed to our in-house event team who can tailor a quotation that meets all of your needs.
