Villa la Gran Duquesa offers a large holiday villa near Alicante that can accommodate 30 people comfortably. The entire house is available, with exclusive use, for weekends, weeks and fortnights. Groups of bachelor and bachelorette parties, as well as families and friends, are welcome for celebrations, spiritual retreats, personal growth workshops and various gatherings. There is also plenty of space for a group of families to vacation together here.
The spacious rooms of the villa, such as the main living room with many sofas and a smart TV, make this the perfect place to relax. The indoor dining room is large enough for everyone to eat together by its warm fireplace on the coldest winter nights and another large outdoor dining room with barbecue to enjoy the rest of the year.
The grounds are also spacious, with Mediterranean gardens and chill-out areas with outdoor furniture, and everyone will enjoy the pool, chill-out beds and 2 ping pong tables.
In the garden of trees we have a spectacular Jaima, with many cushions, fabrics and rugs, a place for meditation, relaxation or meeting. You cannot drink or eat in this space, and please also take off your shoes.
At Villa la Gran Duquesa there's a large games room (which used to be stables for horses), where there are currently modern bathrooms, a bar, karaoke with a stage, a Jukebox, a poker table and various games, 2 electronic dart boards, 2 electronic basketball hoops, an American billiards table and giant table football for 12 players.
A very individual property, Villa la Gran Duquesa occupies a private position in a residential area, but is well connected to everything that the area has to offer. The villa is close to the beach only 1.5 km away, with trams available 250 metres away. Various water sports, clubs and restaurants are within about 800 metres, and shops and supermarkets within 1 km, as well as more trams and buses. Alicante is just 8km away and easy to get to, and there is a golf course very close by. Or why not try fishing, or visit the local theme parks and the island marine reserve of Tabarca.
