Set within the amazing Palacio Estate, a private location with 10.000mts of mature gardens and fields, this ample villa is perfect for larger groups, with large social spaces but also areas to enjoy some peace and privacy away from the rest of the group. The villa has been designed for entertaining, and guests can take time out to relax in the hot tub, swim some lengths in the pool, soak up the sun from the sunbeds, play pool and table tennis or relax with a book on the shaded day bed.

Lanzarote Retreats provide the best luxury escapes on this island. Villa Palacio provides a wonderful, relaxing place to unwind and has plenty to offer adults and children alike.

Villa Palacio is located in rural farmland but is just 1km from the golden sand beach of Arrieta, where you can choose from a couple of beachfront restaurants and a quirky Mojito Bar. There's nowhere better for ocean views.

We are available to ensure you get the best from your trip to Lanzarote. Holiday extras are available to make your visit special, including hybrid vehicles delivered to your villa, airport transfers, catered meals, massages and day trips. Please do let us know if you have any special requests.

Families - please note that the stairs are too wide for stair gates. A fence and gate can be added to the main pool area if required.

- **Dining Room:** Open plan from the kitchen and lounge area. Sea/pool views. Large teak table with benches seats 18. Additional dining gazebo seats 12 guests outside.
- **Sitting Room:** Raised lounge area, sea/pool views. Large 8 seat sofa with extra chairs, TV/Netflix. Yurt lounge with sofa, sea and pool views.
- **TV and Music Facilities:** Smart TV in lounge, master bedroom and 4 poster bedroom. Soundbar in lounge.
- **Games Room:** Games area outside - pool table, table tennis. Near to hot tub.
- **Heating and Open Fires:** Heating is not required in Lanzarote as we have great temperatures all year round; if you do require any extra warmth, do ask for a gas heater.
- **Bedrooms:** 10 spacious bedrooms, some with terraces. 5 en suite. 6 with superking or double beds, 2 with twin beds. Extra single beds available for children.
- **Linen:** Linen and beach towels are included and changed weekly. Quotes given for extra linen changes.
- **Bathrooms:** En suites have spacious walk-in showers. 4 bedrooms have freestanding baths, most with sea views.
- **Children's Facilities:** Provided free of charge, travel cots, z-beds, high chairs, baby bath, potty. Pool fence.
- **Outdoor:** Set in 10,000 metres of land with mature palms and tropical gardens. Lots of shaded terraces. 3 double day bed gazebos, dining gazebo. Sun loungers.
- **Swimming Pool:** 10 mt x 4 mt solar heated main pool by villa. Plunge pool solar heated by yurt. Pool fencing can be arranged.
- **Parking:** Lots of parking is provided in the property's car park.
- **Smoking:** No smoking inside the rooms or yurt, we respectfully ask smoking is kept strictly outside.
