Set within the park, Villa Pianciani (designed by G.Valadier 1790) is a unique example of a noble Italian country residence, with several living rooms and a terrace with fantastic views. To accommodate up to 30 guests, hire the Villa+Annex : main Villa with 11 bedrooms with private bathrooms and A/C + 3 more bedrooms in the Annex  (connected to the main Villa by an underground tunnel) with private bathrooms and  A/C. Various common spaces, both indoor and outdoor : very well equipped large kitchen, dining spaces, terraces, reception and living rooms, outdoor pergola, large barbecue and pizza oven, outdoor equipped spaces and a large, sun drenched swimming pool. Extra spaces available for classes, meetings, workshops or gym. To enlarge the accommodation, add the Diamond Cottage, a traditional stone farmhouse within the Estate, standing amongst olive groves with a magnificent view towards Spoleto. Very well equipped, the Cottage has an independent entrance and a private swimming pool. Cottage has 4 / 5 double bedrooms with private bathrooms. All with A/C. The villa is set on the top of a hill, surrounded by an historical park containing several hectares of olive groves, large orchards containing ancient fruit trees, a herb garden and a sensory garden.
