Set within the park, Villa Pianciani (dating back to the late 1700s and designed by the famous architect G.Valadier) is a unique example of a noble Italian country residence, with several living rooms and a terrace with fantastic views. There are 11 bedrooms equipped with air conditioning. 9 rooms have en suite private bathrooms, 2 rooms share 1 bathroom.
To enlarge your accommodation to accommodate up to 30 guests you can include the Annex, which is connected to the main Villa by an underground tunnel. The Annex has 3 more bedrooms with bathrooms (one double room on the second floor and 2 double bedrooms apartment on the top floor).
Diamond Cottage is a traditional stone farmhouse adjacent to the south gate of the Pianciani Estate, standing amongst olive groves on 10 hectares of terraced land with a magnificent view towards Spoleto. Tastefully decorated and very well equipped, the Cottage has an independent entrance and a private swimming pool.
Various common spaces, both indoor and outdoor, are included within the Complex Buildings, all available to all guests to provide a wonderful experience staying at Villa Pianciani. There include a swimming pool, very well equipped large kitchen, dining spaces, terraces, living rooms, outdoor pergola, large barbecue and pizza wood oven. There are also extra spaces for classes, meetings or exercise events.
