This expansive, bright and fun property is the perfect place for large group holidays whether families, friends, golfers or a small intimate event. Weekends are available all year (3 night minimum stay) for any type of group (7 night minimum stay in summer July and August only).  There's space everywhere to enjoy at this fully air conditioned modern Cortijo. In the heart of Marbella's prestigious golf valley, it's just 10 minutes drive or 20 euros taxi/Uber to the restaurants, nightlife, beaches, shopping and activities of Puerto Banus. Two 2 bedroom family suites (own entrances from the driveway) provide personal space as well as being able to share the wonderful communal areas - one suite has a double bed and twin bedroom with bathroom, the other with 2 twin bedrooms plus lounge with double sofa bed, dining table and bathroom. The main house has 8 bedrooms with a spectacular master suite - 2 super king size beds, a sofa bed, a chill out area, open fire, walk in dressing room and huge en suite bathroom with sauna, shower and sunken circular bath with garden views. Other rooms have 4 double/king size beds, 1 bunk beds, several sofa beds and the rest are single/twin bedded rooms. The property can sleep 28 depending how the beds and rooms are used.  The huge lounge has two seating and dining areas, with a separate snug TV room and office space for those who need to check in whilst away. 60 people can eat together using the inside and outside terraces but if you have a special event (up to 60 people, no music/DJs allowed and 10.30 pm outside noise curfew in this area) we can assist with caterers and extra services. A large BBQ can be found on the terrace overlooking the lovely gardens with relaxing, trickling stream and bridge. You'll also find a private padel tennis court hidden away here to enjoy. The gorgeous lit pool has sun loungers & covered area with seating for 8, bar, with pool table, table tennis and more seating in the shade. The toilet nearby is for additional convenience. There's a bodega wine cellar family utility room and lots of terraces.
