This villa is designed for spending time together, whether that means long lunches, lazy afternoons by the pool, a few drinks at the bar or simply finding a quiet spot to enjoy the sunshine. Recently renovated, the villa has smart, comfortable living spaces and a clever 3 floor layout. Each floor has its own entrance, kitchen, bathroom and smart TVs, with connecting doors making it easy for everyone to be together when they want to. With 7 bedrooms, there's plenty of room for larger groups, while the separate floors also give everyone space of their own. The outside space at the villa is where the holiday really gets started. The spacious 100m² terrace is home to a swimming pool,  comfortable seating and sun loungers, a barbecue and a private bar. There is even an 86 inch Smart TV, perfect for putting on some music during the day or settling down for a film in the evening. Additional balconies and terraces provide alternative relaxed seating areas and 1 hot tub; start the morning with a quiet coffee in the sunshine, spend the afternoon by the pool and gather your family or friends together for drinks in the evening. Golfers are especially well catered for in this area of southern Spain. Cabopino Golf is right on the doorstep, with fairways 5 and 6 around 100 metres from the villa, while more than 10 golf courses can be found within 10 km. And when you are ready to head out, Cabopino Marina is around 1 km away, with a choice of restaurants, bars and watersports. Cabopino Beach and the Artola Dunes are approximately 1.2 km away, while Nikki Beach is around 5 km. Marbella is about 10 minutes by car and Puerto Banús around 15 minutes - both vibrant centres with many options for an evening out. A bus stop is just 300 metres away, so you can easily explore locally without hiring a car.
