## About The Property

Villa Vee is a large holiday villa in central Marbella area, close to the famous Marbella Club Hotel, which has been welcoming large groups for many years. Simply designed and compact but hosting large groups in 10 bedrooms with great outside space to relax, swim, cook and play. It has had mini make overs in 2024 and 2025 to refresh some of the bedrooms and communal areas. This is a big, budget, and great value villa. 

With 10 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, there are lots of twin rooms and extra beds available to accommodate families, couples and also respectful stags and hens by approval.

The villa is in a great location just 850+m walk to supermarket, bars, restaurants along the Golden Mile of Marbella and a quick walk on to the beach and the lovely Old Town. Enjoy a little of the Marbella lifestyle for a lot less money. 3 night minimum stay for weekends outside the high season (7 night stay required July and August except for gaps in our bookings), special offers possible for midweek and last minute stays or smaller groups.

The villa sits on a 2000 sqm plot with gardens, outside bar, BBQ and kitchen, table tennis area, a pool table - there’s something for everyone. And of course a large pool (can be heated in cooler months - extra charge applies) with sun loungers. 

The grounds have tropical plants, various grassed areas, terraces and outside bar area (we can provide beer kegs for the bar),  small side lawn for volleyball and badminton. Secure on all sides and with an electronic security gate leading to a private covered car park for up to 5 cars.

There is a well equipped kitchen and side kitchen/utility, plus a small outside kitchen refurbished in Jan 2023 and barbecue, outside and inside dining space and both outside and inside sofas.

- **Dining Room:** Separate breakfast dining area. Large dining table and outside dining area also.
- **Sitting Room:** Large inside lounge with comfy sofas, TV and outside lounge area on the terrace overlooking the pool.
- **TV and Music Facilities:** TV available in lounge (not in bedrooms).
- **Games Room:** Table tennis, pool table.
- **Heating and Open Fires:** No heating required.
- **Bedrooms:** 4 twin en suite; 1 king, 1 queen, 2 doubles (shared bathroom), 1 twin (shared bathroom), master with 2 double beds, extra singles beds in some rooms.
- **Linen:** Comes with all linen and towels provided.
- **Bathrooms:** 2 en suite shower rooms, 1 en suite with bath, 1 wet room en suite, 1 Jacuzzi bath en suite, 3 shared bathrooms, 1 separate WC.
- **Children's Facilities:** Garden, space to play badminton, volleyball and games.
- **Outdoor:** Al fresco dining area, lounge, swimming pool (can be heated), outside bar, kitchen, BBQ, pool table, table tennis.
- **Swimming Pool:** Large pool with sun loungers.
- **Parking:** For up to 5 cars behind secure gate.
- **Smoking:** No smoking inside please.

## Booking Information

- Prices from 3600 – 8200 euros per weekend 3 nights (Sept to June) and up to 11,500 euros a week in summer (no weekends possible in July and August).

- This villa can book popular dates 12-18 months ahead so book early. We issue a rental contract and booking deposit to secure the dates.
- 
- Prices are approx as we rent in euros; please ask for our actual euro prices.
- 
- Pool heating in cooler months is possible for extra charge. Each booking comes with an electricity allowance (250 euros/weekend or 350 euros/week). Anything used above this is taken from security deposit.
- 
- The refundable damages and security deposit is 1000 euros standard or 100 euros/person for a male group.

### About The Area

In a popular area of Marbella called Nagueles, just 2 km to Marbella’s beaches and easy by Uber/taxi or foot.

Villa Vee is a 10 minute walk to amenities including an array of bars, shops, big supermarkets like Carrefour and Lidl and restaurants on Marbella’s Golden Mile. They are about 950 away. Or a few minutes in a car to these amenities and of course the beach if you don’t want to walk (nearest beach is by Trocadero Marbella and is 1.4 km).

Marbella central and Puerto Banus are both 5 minutes by car and it’s also very easy to get taxis (10-15 euros) everywhere from this location (Bolt or Uber are used here).

Malaga Airport is a 45 minute drive from the villa.

Please note for security reasons we do not provide the exact address of the property until it is booked. It is shared only with booked clients.

This villa is close to a major road however it is screened by trees, wall and a distance. There may be some traffic noise pervades in the garden at times but not inside the villa. In ten years of renting this property we have never had any group mention it!
