## About The Property

This gorgeous villa is perfect for friends and family groups to enjoy a holiday at any time of year. Located in the fabulous Attica region of southern Greece, this luxurious property really does have something for everyone. For anyone wanting to tie the knot, an on site poolside chapel is somewhere really special for an intimate ceremony surrounded by loved ones.

Villa Visanty, sleeping up to 22 guests using extra single beds, has so much to offer guests without having to venture anywhere else. The magnificent pool is the place to spend long lazy days under the Corinthian sun and the terraces are perfect for an evening meal looking out to sea. The lower ground floor is home to a gymnasium and lounge area and there are 2 saunas plus a hammam wet room to enhance a luxury stay. Direct access to a fabulous sandy beach is a bonus too. Return to Visanty after a lovely day, chill out in the pool and make use of the ground floor showers to get rid of the sand.

2 indoor kitchens are well equipped for preparing food although the owners can arrange to hire in a local chef to do the hard work for you. There are a number of inside dining spaces if you'd prefer, or plenty of alternatives for al fresco meals, with barbecue facilities provided. The lounge is a very sociable room with comfortable sofas and a wide screen TV. The 2 undercover terraces have open fires, ideal for cooler evenings chatting late into the night over a drink.

There are 8 master rooms in the main house and 1 in the adjoining separate apartment (which also has a kitchen). This is handy for anyone fancying some privacy and is especially convenient for multi generation families. Alternatively an accompanying member of staff could be accommodated here. The bedrooms are spacious and cool with elegant soft furnishings, some balconies and jaw dropping sea views. All are en suite with contemporary bathroom design.

Near Visanty Villa there are many beautiful beaches, good fishing and impressive diving waters. Private boat trips, fishing, wine tours, guides, massage and pilates specialists can be arranged. Attica is also home to many historic sites and ancient Greek towers.
