Viney Hill Country House is a grade 2 listed family holiday cottage - with 8 en suite bedrooms, a games room and exclusive use of a covered heated pool for all year round enjoyment, this property is perfect for reunions, multi-generational family gatherings, girls weekends and holidays. The house sleeps a maximum of 16 adults comfortably, with room for 2 further children in full sized singles.

Ideally located for the many attractions of the Forest of Dean and Wye Valley, with easy access to Cheltenham, Gloucester, Bristol, Newport and Cardiff.

The kitchen/diner is designed to seat 18 people comfortably for a celebratory meal. The games room has a pool table and a flat screen TV with freeview channels. The library/snug is perfect for relaxing with a coffee and the paper or a good book, an ideal room for escaping the family mayhem when you need a rest! Table football is located in the rear conservatory where you will also find a washing machine and a tumble dryer. 8 bedrooms (7 en suite) offer flexibility for different group types and configurations.

The heated swimming pool measures 10m x 5m, with a constant depth of 4ft. It is located within an ‘Endless Summer’ (glass framed) pool enclosure, which provides year round use. The pool water is heated between to 29` - 30 degrees and there is a warm air heater for when you are using the pool.

The rear garden offers complete privacy, with a large patio area, barbecue hut and the pool enclosure. The property also has some wonderful play equipment to keep the children amused. Plenty to entertain everyone without leaving the property.

For a peaceful country location with numerous walks and the popular cycle trails plus many interesting places and attractions well within easy travelling distance, look no further. The iconic views at Symonds Yat and the River Wye are less than 20 minutes away and the famous Forest of Dean Sculpture Trail is even closer. The surrounding forest area offers many different local attractions, including the Dean Forest Railway, Go Ape, Perrygrove Railway, Clearwell Caves, Puzzlewood (used as a film location for Harry Potter and Star Wars), Hopewell Mine and the Heritage Centre
