While the full 55-acre site remains shared, groups can enjoy exclusive use of our boarding houses. Self-catering isn't offered - instead our chefs provide bespoke, tailor-made catering for a seamless, high quality experience.

Warwick Schools Foundation is unique, a community of 5 schools across two sites. Our 55 acre Warwick campus dates back to 914, regarded as one of the oldest boarding schools in England. The Leamington Spa Campus offers stunning spaces in the heart of the historic Spa Town.

Warwick Castle and the historic town beside the campus is nestled upon the river Avon. Groups can access water based sports with kayaks, SUP, rowing and pedaloes for hire locally.

We bring people together to celebrate, connect and stay. The boarding houses are situated in the heart of Warwick campus and are perfect for family and friends' gatherings, weddings, youth groups, sporting teams or community celebrations.

 School House accommodates 65 guests, minimum group size of 30 and 2 night minimum stay
 Way House is self contained and accommodates 12 guests in 6 twin bedrooms. 2 night minimum stay, exclusive use options on request
 A mix of single, twin, triple and quad rooms for 77 guests
 Common rooms, kitchenettes and flexible spaces allow groups choice and space to enjoy downtime
 In-house chefs can tailor group menus to suit your itineray

For overseas groups we offer great value boarding school accommodation in comfortable shared rooms, full board catering and a campus environment perfectly suited to educational itineraries, with 224 classrooms available. Outstanding sporting amenitites include a 25m swimming pool, 3G rugby pitch, astro hockey pitches, 3 x sports halls, fitness suites, netball and tennis courts.

With welcoming indoor and outdoor spaces, quality dining options and everything located in one convenient place, we offer a relaxed, inclusive setting. Local trips can be arranged to the National Motor Museum or the celebrated Royal Shakespeare Theatre in Stratford-upon-Avon only 20 minutes away.

- **Dog Friendly:** Guide dogs are allowed on campus.
- **Accessibility:** Guests rooms are situated on the first, second and third floors. There is no lift access to guests bedrooms.
- **WiFi:** WiFi is available throughout.
- **Swimming Pool:** Indoor 25m pool for group hire for galas and fun sessions. Hourly rate includes use of the changing rooms and a Life-Guard.
- **Games Room:** Table tennis and table football are available and could be set up in 1 of the 3 sports halls.
- **Kitchen:** Our in-house catering department will be on hand to provide all meals and refreshments. Kitchenettes are available to prepare snacks and make drinks.
- **Sitting Room:** Communal lounges with relaxed seating and TVs in boarding houses. Comfy chairs in bedrooms.
- **Outdoor:** Set in 55 acres beside the River Avon. Rugby, hockey, cricket and netball pitches. 3 sports halls. Balcony at pavilion and roof terrace.
- **Bedrooms:** Way House has 6 twins. School House has 65 beds in a mix of 23 singles, 9 twins, 5 triples and 1 quad. 1 room is en-suite.
- **Bathrooms:** Way House has a shower and 2 toilets on each floor. School House has 4 main shower rooms with toilets on each floor.
- **TV and Music Facilities:** Way House has 1 TV room and School House 2 TV rooms. AV screens in events spaces.
- **Children's Facilities:** Child and youth group friendly. Children's play area on campus.
- **Heating and Open Fires:** Centrally heated.
- **Linen:** Bed linen is included. Towels are not provided and guests are requested to bring their own towels.
- **Parking:** On-site free car parking is available for residents.
- **Smoking:** No smoking please.

## Booking Information

- The ‘Hirer’ will be required to sign a Residential Booking Contract and pay a 25% deposit to secure the booking. Full prepayment is required 4 weeks in advance and a £1000 damages deposit per booking will be added to the final balance, payable in advance. Deposits are returned within 5-7 working days following check out inspection.
