Waterloo Lodge is a stunning six-bedroom luxury country house near Richmond, North Yorkshire, perfect for large families and groups of friends. Located halfway between the Yorkshire Dales and the North York Moors, the property offers easy access to explore the area’s beauty, with views stretching as far as the Yorkshire coast on clear days.

The lodge features a contemporary farmhouse style with exposed stonework and wooden beams. The spacious lounge, with comfortable leather sofas, offers stunning countryside views framed by large glass bi-fold doors. A double-sided log burner separates the kitchen and living areas, adding a cosy touch for evening relaxation.

The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for large groups, with a range cooker for preparing meals and a farmhouse table for group dining. The kitchen island is perfect for morning coffee, and guests can step straight outside to the hot tub and BBQ area. The formal sitting room, with an open fire, offers a quiet space for reading or enjoying drinks before dinner. The Annex, located across the courtyard, houses two en-suite bedrooms and a large games room with a widescreen TV, pool table, table football and Pacman games console—perfect for entertainment.

In the main house, four unique bedrooms await. All bedrooms have a TV, ensuring a relaxing morning lie-in. The Annex provides two additional bedrooms, each with private access, which can be set as super king or twin rooms, and both come with spacious en-suite shower rooms.

Outside, Waterloo Lodge offers a stunning patio with a Jacuzzi hot tub, comfortable seating and a BBQ. The large lawns provide panoramic views, perfect for al fresco dining or a picnic on a summer’s day. With footballs, a basketball net and plenty of outdoor space, the property is ideal for fun-filled group gatherings.
