The cottages are attached, allowing easy access between them, and can also be booked in smaller combinations if required: Riverside sleeps 8 in 4 bedrooms Lily sleeps 2 in 1 bedroom Tulip sleeps 2 in 1 bedroom All the cottages are well equipped with modern amenities, combining comfort with character. Outside, guests can enjoy a private hot tub set beside the river, perfect for unwinding after a day exploring. The surrounding gardens and woodland provide a peaceful setting, with plenty of space to relax, dine outdoors, and enjoy nature. Riverside is the largest of the three and provides generous communal space for socialising. It features a spacious lounge with comfortable seating and a wood burner, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. There's a well equipped dining kitchen along with an additional dining area that can seat larger groups together, making shared meals a highlight of the stay. A separate snug with its own wood burner and TV offers a quieter space to relax. Across the 3 cottages there are flexible sleeping arrangements for up to 12 guests in total. Riverside includes a ground floor king bedroom with an en suite and direct access to the garden, while upstairs three further en suite rooms (the master with shower and separate bath) provide 2 kings and 1 twin. The remaining cottages provide 2 king bedrooms with bathrooms. The location within the Lake District National Park makes this a great base for exploring this picturesque area. Waters Edge Cottages is a magnet for keen walkers, with lovely walks straight from the door.
