It's ideal for multi generation families and friends for a holiday as well as keen watersport enthusiasts and sailors getting away for an activity break. A pretty mature garden and extensive lawned area offer space for children and dogs to play as well as a prime spot for a barbecue. An adjoining private shingle beach is perfect for launching boats (with prior permission only please, and we ask that you don't leave dinghies or trailers on the beach) and a mooring is also available for hire. Follow the creekside path to the very famous Pandora Inn for lunch but please be careful at high tide as you cross the beach. Living accommodation is very comfortable with a sitting room featuring a beamed ceiling and an open fire. A smaller sitting room has a CD player, a lovely room for curling up with a good book. Prepare group meals in the kitchen and enjoy eating together at the inside dining table or outside in the garden. Settle outside for evening drinks overlooking the creek and beyond, watching the sun go down and planning the next day's adventures. The bedrooms are configured as doubles and twins, all with stunning views across the water, attractively furnished and very comfortable. The master bedroom has an en suite and bathroom facilities overall are ample. Guests won't get tired of Weir Cottage's fabulous location but do use the opportunity to explore the wider area too.
