The moment you step through our gates you will feel right at home, whether for a family get away, celebration or work event. Available now for exclusive hire.

Approached down a quiet lane, as you turn into Wellbrook Place you get an immediate sense of privacy and tranquility.

Entering our home you will find a well-appointed kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals for everyone in the group, whether you choose to do it yourself or bring in a professional chef! Our dining room can accommodate 20 and we have some extra tables should you need more room. Our cosy sitting room is the place to go and relax by the fire. Upstairs you will find our large games room with views over the garden, ping pong table, TV and music system.

In total, Wellbrook Place has eight lovely bedrooms, enough room for everyone. We have 5 bathrooms; 4 of these are ensuite. We also have a downstairs loo.

In our wonderful gardens, you will find a hot tub, tennis court, and lake. The lake is a fantastic spot to sit and enjoy a picnic and the gardens are great to explore.

All set within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, the area has so much to offer from the great countryside to wonderful pubs and restaurants.

We have a large table with seating for 20. We have additional folding tables if required.

Our sitting room has a log burner and comfortable seating for 10-12 people.

TV and Music Facilities

TV with Netflix and a bluetooth speaker are available.

Games Room

Large games room upstairs with ping pong table, piano, TV and plenty of space for the whole group.

Log burner in the sitting room.

We are between Hailsham and Heathfield, each 5 miles away.
The village shop in Rushlake Green is a little over a mile away. Halisham and Heathfield both have larger supermarkets.
The Black Duck in Warbleton is 1.5 miles away.
London Gatwick is 36 miles away and around an hours drive.
