Dogs love the wild spaces just up the hill, I accept up to 2 each visit. There are 6 spacious and comfortable bedrooms consisting of one 4 poster ensuite, 2 twin rooms, 1 king size room, 1 room with a king size & single bed and 1 family room with a king size bed and a full size cabin style bunk bed suitable for adults and children. Uniquely this offers the opportunity for the beds to be offered as 13 singles. 2 travel cots available for infants. I ensuite and 3 bath/ shower rooms. A generous sized lounge - great for entertaining, furnished with comfortable leather settees and chairs. Fully equipped kitchen leading to Victorian style conservatory, dining room with square table. A small games area is in the basement offering table football and pool table. Praised for its spacious and warm ambience, quality and high level of equipment the house has been a favourite of many returning groups for many years.. A superb location with far reaching views offering countryside walks from the doorstep. Buxton's vibrant centre with specialist shops, parks, theatres and restaurants is a short walk from the house. A short drive brings one into the varied landscape of the Peak District National Park, where rugged moors and pretty dales offer an abundance of activities from rambling, hiking, cycling, climbing, caving and fishing.   ## Facilities - **Dog Friendly:** Up to 2 well behaved dogs allowed at £30 each per stay. - **Accessibility:** There are no specific facilities for disabled guests. - **WiFi:** Payphone and free WiFi with unlimited GB broadband, mobile phone compatible. - **Kitchen:** Range style cooker with 5 gas burners and 2 electric ovens, built in Neff oven and microwave, dishwasher and all cooking utensils one could need. - **Dining Room:** Large dining table and seats for 12/14 attractive white crockery, glassware. Large lazy susan turntable which provides considerable entertainment! TV. - **Sitting Room:** Leather chairs and settees grace this large room with coal effect gas fire and occasional tables.
