On the edge of a working farm, Welton Cliff Farmhouse provides the best of rural living in a traditional stone house alongside modern conveniences for a luxurious stay. The kitchen is fully equipped for group meals and includes an electric Aga and 2 dishwashers. The formal dining room has plenty of space for all guests, perfect for a long dinner next to the fire. If it's fine, the patio has seating for a barbecue or a picnic. There are 3 sitting rooms, all with electric log burner stoves and 2 with Smart TVs for chill out time. The games room has a large TV for family viewing and plenty of comfy seating or a stool at the bar. The choice of lounges means that there is a spot for everyone in a mixed age group to relax. There's a handy boot room for wellies and wet coats too. 2 acres of ground and gardens are waiting to be discovered, with large grassed spaces, 2 patios and hidden woodland as well as an on-site tennis court. Plenty to do for all ages. Sleeping accommodation is across 3 floors with a combination of king, super king (some zip and links) and twins. The ground floor bedroom has an en suite, helpful for grandparents, young families or anyone less mobile. One (of two) staircase to the first floor leads to a family suite offering a king, a twin and a shared bathroom. The remaining rooms are across the 1st and 2nd floors. 6 en suites and 1 shared bathroom provide plentiful facilities. The Dambuster's Inn is a 30 minutes walk away, an option for food or a pint before supper. For walkers there's the Scampton to Welton Trail, a shortish stroll into the nearby village.
