Escape to Wesleyan Chapel, a unique countryside retreat on the Bolton Abbey Estate in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales. Perfectly designed for up to eight guests, this 19th-century converted chapel combines rich Gothic Revival features with modern luxury, offering a stylish sanctuary for family and friends.





Step inside through the picturesque entrance vestibule and be greeted by original timber beams, church pews and arched windows, all complemented by contemporary furnishings. The open-plan kitchen and dining area is fully equipped with high-end appliances, including coffee machines, a fridge/freezer, dishwasher and electric Aga. Gather around the large dining table for long meals or relax by the two-way log-burning stove that separates the living and dining spaces.

Wesleyan Chapel offers four elegant double bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. Down a stone staircase, the luxurious bedrooms feature characterful furnishings and rich wallpapers. Bedroom one has a 4'6 double bed and an en-suite bath with overhead shower. Bedroom two boasts a 6' super king bed (which can be split into twins on request), ideal for children. The family bathroom includes a roll-top bath, perfect for relaxing after exploring the area. Bedroom three has a private terrace, en-suite bath and overhead shower, while bedroom four offers a 4'6 four-poster bed and en-suite shower room with south-facing views.

Outside, the garden patio and seating area offer stunning views of the river and fields. The large gas BBQ is perfect for alfresco dining, while the hot tub provides a private, tranquil spot to soak in the scenery.

The Devonshire Arms Hotel and Spa is nearby, offering fine food and drink amidst the 30,000 acres of peaceful landscapes in the Yorkshire Dales. Explore the 12th-century Bolton Abbey ruins, with over 80 miles of footpaths, picnic spots, and historical sites.
