West Acre was primarily designed for entertainment; it has a pool table, hot tub, sauna, cinema room, Sonos music system, a south west facing sun terrace with incredible views over open countryside all set an acre of private landscaped gardens.
The social hub of the house is the main living room with loads of seating and a 52" SMART TV, there is a large selection of classic family board games and a central wood burning stove. It also has a second living room 'the den' which has an Xbox 360 and Play Station 4 as well as a record player with plenty of classic vinyl records.
Luxury and relaxation are top of the list at West Acre. The sun terrace has a 6 person hot tub as well as seating areas and sun loungers, it even has an attached kitchenette so you can keep your drinks cool. There is a 6 person Swedish Sauna and even a separate cinema room. All guests are provided with towels, robes and slippers.
West Acre has a luxurious well equipped kitchen that any chef will love. There are also 3 eating areas: a large dining room, a large outdoor seating area with barbecue and a smaller table in the kitchen diner.
West Acre has 7 individually designed boutique style bedrooms. The master bedroom boasts a superking bed and a luxury en-suite. The other 4 upstairs bedrooms all have king size beds and en suites. Downstairs there are 2 more bedrooms sharing a bathroom. There is also another bathroom and toilet.
The crowning glory are the private grounds it is set in; vibrant mature borders and trees surround the garden which has a large patio area, a thatched African hut, a children's play area and playhouse. Entertainment includes table tennis, basketball, croquet and more.
