Families, friends, birthdays, hens...West Barn is a fabulous space for big celebrations, special get-togethers and wonderful holidays. Your own private heated indoor pool, sauna and hot tub. Perfect for spa sessions or keeping the little ones entertained. Outside there is seating, barbecue, firepit, children's play area and plenty of parking. All with beautiful views over open countryside. Miles of footpaths lead from the house, ready for exploring. Inside West Barn you'll enter a huge, bespoke kitchen and dining space with a table for 20 and a fully equipped kitchen with range cooker, double fridge-freezers, microwave, Nespresso machine, dishwasher and everything you'll need to cook up a storm. We also have some excellent private chefs who can come and create the ultimate home dining experience. In the open plan sitting room area, squishy sofas surround the beautiful log burning stove, and just off this impressive living space is the fabulous cinema room for snuggling up with a film and popcorn. All 5 beautiful bedrooms are en-suite with large walk-in showers. One of the bathrooms also has a huge freestanding bath. For ultimate flexibility, every room can be set up as either a super-king or a twin room. There are 4 further full size single pull-out beds which can be put in any of the bedrooms where needed. Luxury linens are used throughout and both bath and pool towels are provided. Every room has views over the fields. For larger groups or those that just want that extra space, add on Little Bickley at a discounted rate. This beautiful cottage is situated along West Barn's private drive and has its own hot tub, parking, barbecue and outdoor seating. All 3 large, beautiful bedrooms are en-suite, 2 are kingsize and 1 either superking or twin. The open plan living, kitchen, dining room has a log burning stove and fully equipped kitchen.
