Sleeping up to 24 guests across the main house and Birch Cabin, this converted barn offers a great setting for memorable group stays, with plenty of room for everyone to stay comfortably. It also works as a corporate venue for out of office training or bonding events.

Located within easy reach of Bath, Bristol and many South Gloucestershire and Somerset attractions, West Barn is a convenient place to gather your friends together. Spend the days exploring the local area, and return to the barn for evenings filled with good food, games and quality time together. The village of Wick has a welcoming pub for evening drinks or dinner out when no one feels like cooking, and it's only a short distance away.

The spacious open plan kitchen and dining area is perfect for group meals, with seating for everyone around one long table. Whether you are arranging a catered dinner, preparing a special meal together or enjoying a relaxed breakfast after a night of celebrations, there's space to bring everyone together. The separate lounge provides a comfortable place to unwind, while the games room with pool table and dartboard adds another social space - set up a friendly competition for maximum entertainment!

Outside, there are more great facilities for enjoying your time together. Relax in one of 2 private hot tubs, enjoy drinks on the terrace, fire up the barbecue or gather around the firepit as the evening goes on. The garden has plenty of seating, including outdoor lounge furniture.

For guests who seek a little extra privacy or a quieter place to retreat to, the separate annexe in Birch Cabin has a king size bedroom and sofa bed. Ideal for a couple or older members of a multi generational group.

- Check in from 3pm, check out by 11am. Self check-in with personal entry code – details will be emailed the day before arrival.

- A 25% deposit is required to secure a booking and the balance due 60 days before arrival.

- A £500 refundable damage deposit is due 7 days before arrival. This is required by bank transfer only.
- 
- Up to 3 well behaved dogs welcome.
