The Farmhouse is a gorgeous refurbished 5 bedroom/4 bathroom farm cottage at West Drayton Farm, with our 4 apartments adjacent, each sleeping 2 - 4 guests.

The property is set within 13 acres of grounds in the village of West Drayton, Nottinghamshire, close to the market town of Retford and 18 miles west of the city of Lincoln.

In the Farmhouse private garden there's a barbecue area, outside dining area and a 6 seater hot tub.

The Farmhouse alone, or combined with the apartments for further guests, makes for a great break away. The setting is perfect for group holidays, country weekend breaks, or for celebrating special occasions. We love hosting 3 generation family groups celebrating precious family events together.

Within the 13 acre grounds you will find a small pond with fountain and a larger pond with a summerhouse situated in the middle, accessed by a wooden bridge walkway. There is also an orchard with a variety of fruit trees plus a small woodland area. Walking further along the property, you reach the river Maun which is the eastern boundary of West Drayton Farm. There are various spots for picnics and ball games for your group to enjoy together.
