## About The Property

Converted modern Church offering excellent facilities for 30 people in 9 rooms. This includes separate leader's en-suite facilities with private catering, dining and lounge accommodation.

Full central heating with hot water 24 hours a day. There are no extra charges for heating, lighting or hot water.

The well-equipped Kitchen includes an electric four oven AGA cooker - perfect for cooking those spaghetti bolognaise, hot pots, curries and stews. Two fridges and a freezer are also proved, together with all cooking utensils and equipment. The spacious and attractive main Dining room is conveniently adjacent to the Kitchen. Upstairs is a newly updated (2016) lounge with several windows offering a great view.

Situated amidst stunning landscape, overlooking Thruscross reservoir in a designated Area of Outstanding Beauty adjoining the Yorkshire Dales National Park, just two and a half miles north of A59 Harrogate/Skipton road from Blubberhouses.

An excellent walking touring base, the Centre is within easy reach of a wealth of natural visitor attractions, way marked walks and nature trails.

The Accommodation is particularly suitable for Family Parties, Special Interest Groups (such as walkers, ramblers and cyclists); Youth Groups and School Parties. Management Training Courses are also catered for and the remoteness, yet convenience of the Centre makes it a perfect location for that 'out of office' experience. WiFi is available.

Local Attractions in surrounding areas are Brimham Rocks, Stump Cross Caverns, How Stean Gorge, Bolton Abbey and Fountains Abbey. There are good food pubs locally if you don't want to cook yourself. Catering can be provided by outside suppliers - details upon request.
