## About The Property

West Hollowcombe Farm consists of 4 individual charming cottages that are joined together and available with exclusive use of the whole site sleeping 18. Kiri sleeps 6, while Smiddy, Jasper and Norton each sleep 4.

This makes us the perfect location for large gatherings of family and friends, since guests can both enjoy one another's company as well as have their own seclusion and privacy within their own fully equipped cottage. And for large groups we can set up a dining area in one of the larger cottages so that the whole group can get together - please do ask. Ideal for a weekend break or a longer holiday.

Guests can enjoy full access to the West Hollowcombe Farm Estate. We pride ourselves on being a paradise in nature. Our land is totally unspoiled - whether it be our designated ancient woodland that has been in existence since before 1600AD or our private stretch of river that is only accessible from our grounds. The flora and fauna are spectacular and we regularly see large red deer, hen harriers, foxes, badgers, rare lichens, fungi and countless stunning wild flowers. We encourage guests to take full advantage of exploring our grounds and enjoying nature at it's very best - whether it be a picnic in the wood, a dip in the river or a walk through the fields.

At West Hollowcombe there's an amazing children's playground in the garden immediately adjacent to the cottages so you enjoy a lazy day on the patio having a BBQ whilst your children entertain themselves.

Our location within Exmoor National Park benefits from being 10-15 minutes away from anything pretty much - great pub options, pretty villages, activities, walks, bridleways and spectacular countryside and views.

We are both dog and horse friendly - please do ask more when booking.

- **Dog Friendly:** Up to 2 dogs per cottage at a charge of £20/dog/stay.
Up to 4 horses (£50/horse/stay).

- **WiFi:** Fast WiFi (Starlink).
- **Kitchen:** Each cottage has a fully equipped and modern kitchen - hobs, ovens, microwaves, kettle, toaster and enough equipment to pretty much make anything.
- **Dining Room:** Each cottage has a dining area. For large groups wishing to dine together, we can make arrangements to dine in one of the larger cottages.
- **Sitting Room:** Each cottage has a large sitting room with log burner.
- **TV and Music Facilities:** Smart TV in each cottage.
- **Games Room:** There is no games room.
- **Heating and Open Fires:** Each cottage has a log burner.
- **Bedrooms:** 9 bedrooms - can sleep 18 across 4 cottages. 5 of these bedrooms can be made up as either a superking or a twin. Cots are available too.
- **Linen:** We provide linen.
- **Bathrooms:** Smiddy (1 shared bathroom).
Jasper (2 en suite bathrooms).
Kiri (1 en suite and 1 shared bathroom).
Norton (2 en suite and 1 shared wc).
- **Children's Facilities:** We boast the best playground in the world - it is seriously cool - swings, slides, shepherd's hut, seesaw! It is close to the cottages too.
- **Outdoor:** Each cottage has a terrace with picnic bench. Full access to private 55 acre estate - garden, Dane's Brook River, West Hollowcombe Woods and fields.
- **Swimming Pool:** We do not have a pool but if you are brave enough to take a dip in the river, you can do this at your own risk.
- **Parking:** There is plenty of private parking on site.
- **Smoking:** Outside only and please dispose of any waste.
