The spacious entrance hall leads to the 1st lounge, with plush sofas and a cosy wood burner and also a ground floor king size bedroom. The modern kitchen is well equipped for group cooking and has a sociable island with stools for informal meals or drinks while cooking. An open plan lounge diner has a table for 10, more sofas and a second wood burner - space for everyone to catch up and relax after dinner. Having 2 lounges is a great bonus for a mixed age group where options for space and a little privacy may be required. There's a tasty welcome pack for guests and even dogs get one too! The 2 courtyards and walled gardens provide lovely outdoor areas with seating for family barbecues (gas barbecue provided). Make the most of the Sussex micro climate with a morning coffee in the courtyard garden, or a beer while dinner is prepared. 6 bedrooms are spread across the ground floor,1st and 2nd floors and are gorgeous individually decorated light spaces with large sash windows, beamed ceilings (mind your head!) and original decorative fireplaces.
