What better destination for exploring the beautiful surrounding countryside and picturesque villages along the shores of Loch Lomond and to take full advantage of the hiking and cycling opportunities on the National Number 7 Cycle Route between Balloch and Drymen. And its not too far from Glasgow either. Whether opting for the sleeps 8 or sleeps 6 lodges, living accommodation is spacious, modern and very comfortable. Well equipped kitchens have everything for group cooking and sociable inside dining rooms with oak tables to eat together. Each has its own barbecue area, a great focal point and making the most of the fantastic private patio areas with gazebo and bar style seating. The smaller lodges are single storey and the larger lodges have 1 ground floor bedroom and shower room, important for anyone less mobile. Bathroom facilities with contemporary fixtures and fittings are plentiful. Balloch has been described as the gateway to Loch Lomond and The Trossachs, with visitor attractions, watersports and cruise boat opportunities for the spectacular trip along the Loch.
