A sociable, spacious and light kitchen opens out onto a west facing patio and private landscaped garden. Cherish quality time together in the Granary’s living room with a toasty log burner and generous supply of logs or enjoy group meals around the dining table. Sleep soundly in six tastefully decorated bedrooms. There’s also a well-equipped games room, with TV, table tennis, pool and darts and wood-burning stove. Two hot tubs make the outdoor area the perfect spot to relax and unwind after a full day of adventure. We’ve also installed a biomass burner to heat Westfield Granary and the games room, so you can be reassured that the house is always warm with plenty of hot water. One of the double bedrooms is accessed by external open-tread stairs; this bedroom has 2 king-sized beds so can accommodate up to 4 people. The Granary backs onto our paddock and farmland, so there is always plenty of wildlife and animals to see. A fully equipped play area including swing-set, slides, monkey bars and wendy house ensures that children are always occupied. The farmland also provides the ideal space for dogs to roam free. Westfield Granary, which is situated next to our family farmhouse, is located just half a mile away from the village of Sherburn. This village sits halfway between the market town of Malton and the seaside town of Scarborough, in the Vale of Pickering.
