It is also well located for a short walk to the local shops and stores within the village. The Whim is perfect for short breaks with friends and family seaside holidays. The house is well proportioned in size. All rooms are comfortable and spacious, and the reception rooms cater well for the total number of 14 in the house. The kitchen diner is a great room and has plenty of cutlery, crockery, glassware and utensils. The lounge is comfortably furnished and has a gas fire that can be put on for the colder nights of the year. Even the seven bedrooms are fairly even in size and most have a small television in them. Downstairs, there is a double bedroom and a twin bedroom. There is a toilet under the stairs and a separate shower room on this floor also. The upstairs en suite bedroom has a four poster bed and shower facilities, whilst the other bedrooms upstairs have use of the family bathroom with shower and separate bath. There is also a cot for any guests that need this and also a high chair in the kitchen. Outside, the house has a lovely patio area with seating for 14 and a barbecue. The indoor heated pool is also very close to the house in its own building and there is a lovely little sauna in one corner large enough for 2 people at a time. The garden wraps around the front, side and back of the house - there is plenty of parking down the side plus it is secure to the back for dogs. The house is well located for local activities and sights, and there are villages and towns around to explore. Norwich is also a great day out. ## Facilities - **Dog Friendly:** Dogs are allowed with prior agreement. There is a £15 per dog surcharge payable and dog house rules apply. - **Accessibility:** Downstairs bedroom and shower room available. - **WiFi:** WiFi is available at the house. - **Kitchen:** The kitchen is well equipped with great cooking facilities, a dishwasher and plenty of crockery, cutlery and utensils. - **Dining Room:** The kitchen diner has space for up to 14 to dine together around one table. - **Sitting Room:** This room is to the front of the house and has sofas that wrap around the room. It has plenty of space for everyone. - **TV and Music Facilities:** There is a television in the lounge and DVD, and most of the bedrooms also have a small television. There is a small CD stereo in the kitchen. - **Games Room:** There is no games room but there is an area in the conservatory for children to play in as a breakout area. - **Heating and Open Fires:** The house is centrally heated and there is a gas fire in the lounge. - **Bedrooms:** The bedrooms are all of a good size. Downstairs there is 1 double and 1 twin, and upstairs there are 3 doubles (one is en suite) and 2 twins. - **Linen:** The linen is all white crisp cotton and of good thread count ensuring a comfortable night's sleep. - **Bathrooms:** Usptairs: One family bathroom (shower and bath); en suite with shower. Downstairs: separate shower room; and a separate toilet under the stairs. - **Children's Facilities:** There is a cot at the house and a high chair. The small conservatory area also makes a good children's play area. - **Outdoor:** There is a patio at the back of the house with seating for 14 and barbecue facilities. - **Swimming Pool:** The indoor heated pool is to the back of the property. It is a lovely plus point to the property and there is also a small 2 man sauna. - **Parking:** Plenty of parking all down the side of the property. - **Smoking:** There is a no smoking policy in the house.
