## About The Property

White Moss, Number Two, The Terrace was designed by Augustus AWN Pugin as part of a row of houses built for the directors of The Kendal - Windermere railway. The property is packed full of historical features.

On the ground floor the lounge has saddle leather Chesterfield sofas seating up to 14 guests around a wood-burning stove and a large Smart TV. The dining room has a large oak table to seat 12 people, a Marshall Bluetooth speaker and a wood burning stove. The kitchen is handmade with marble work tops all set around a 2 oven AGA plus an extra range cooker. The room has a small pine table and chairs for breakfasts and as you'd expect a fridge, sink and microwave. There is a separate utility room with a second larger fridge, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer.

On the first floor there are 4 bedrooms. Bedroom 1. features a four poster bed and an armchair. Bedroom 2. is a cosy little single. Bedroom 3 is a king-size double and bedroom 4 has 3 single beds. There are 2 bath/shower rooms on this floor. On the second floor there is one bedroom with 4 singles and a rather grand bathroom with a freestanding roll top bath.

In the cellar there is a 12 seat cinema room with 75 inch Smart TV and sound bar. Login into your Netflix or Amazon Prime account, break-out the popcorn and go to the cinema in your holiday home.

Outside at the rear of the property there is a small courtyard for alfresco dining and a 7 seat hot tub. At the front of the property there is parking for up to 5 cars.

White Moss is the perfect house for a big party, girlie weekend or family reunion in the Lakes.

- **TV and Music Facilities:** Large flat-screen TV in lounge. Marshall Bluetooth speaker. 12 seat cinema in cellar with 75 inch Smart TV.
- **Heating and Open Fires:** Gas fired central heating and pressurised hot water system plus wood-burning stoves in dining room and lounge.
- **Bedrooms:** Bed 1. Four poster king. Bed 2. Single. Bed 3. King. Bed 4. Triple. Bed 5. 4 x single beds.
- **Linen:** All crisp white cotton bed linen and fluffy towels supplied.
- **Bathrooms:** Downstairs toilet. 1st floor: Shower with WC. Bathroom with shower over bath and WC. 2nd floor: Statement bathroom with freestanding roll-top bath.
- **Children's Facilities:** Children are welcome but we don't have any special children's facilities.
