This attractive Georgian holiday house in the village of Whitchurch is ideal for a family or friends reunion, close to Symonds Yat and Monmouth. Located in the heart of the Wye Valley, White Roses is a handy base for exploring the surrounding area with its many pretty villages, forest walks and historic attractions. The house offers comfortable living accommodation including dining inside and out and 3 lounge spaces for relaxation. There is an enclosed rear garden, perfect for any little ones to have a run around and let off some steam while the adults enjoy the comfy patio seating areas.
White Roses is a fantastic self catering property with a great big sociable kitchen for preparing meals. For a special occasion, ask the owners about hiring in a private chef. After supper, settle down in the lounge on the u-shaped sofa and enjoy some chill time chatting or watching a film. Multi generation groups will like the fact that there is also a conservatory with Sky TV as well as a snug complete with wood stove.
The 5 bedrooms are ideal for a mixed gathering. All have been stylishly designed but retain original feature fireplaces and have lovely picture windows, some with garden views.

Bedroom 3 has 4 singles which can be coupled up into up to 2 superkings
Bedroom 4 has 3 low single beds, and leads into bedroom 5 which has 3 singles (2 can be coupled up to make a superking bed)
2 have contemporary en suites with showers and the family bathroom has a corner bath with shower over.
On the doorstep of White Roses and in the local village is a cafe, Woods of Whitchurch, just the ticket for an eat in breakfast, a takeaway or deli provisions for the evening meal. Ye Olde Ferrie Inn and Saracens Head pubs in Symonds Yat are nearby, overlooking the river and both offering good food. The River Wye is home to water sports such as paddleboarding and canoeing. Monmouth is a short drive away, the first Bee Town in the UK, perfect for a wander around its independent shops and courtyard cafes.
Please note that White Roses is in the heart of a quiet village and therefore not suitable for hen or stag dos.
