Situated in an attractive rural location on the Cotswolds Edge, in the Severn Vale in Gloucestershire. Nearest pub/restaurant within a mile. The Stroudwater Canal divides our property with Whitminster House Cottages being located in old Whitminster (Wheatenhurst) and Walk Farm House Cottages in Frampton-on-Severn. Both groups of cottages are within easy walking distance of each other and can be combined easily for larger parties. Walk Farmhouse is an attractive Elizabethan farmhouse divided into 4 separate cottages of varying sizes. Each has its own entrance, lawn and parking. Walk Farmhouse and Walk House can be opened through on the ground floor when booked to the same group, offering one large house with a useful run of 4 large reception rooms ideal for groups of 21. The large fully eqipped Party/Dining Room off the Old Stables is included free with the combination of the Old Stables and West Wing, can seat 40-48 max (good local caterers are available upon request). Lawns also provide space for a marquee for celebrations. All cottages have Economy 7 night storage heating and additional free-standing heaters. The West Wing Apartment has central heating and (reasonable) use of hot water all year round included. Electricity usage is metered per cottage and recharged accordingly. Hot tubs can be arranged - please enquire for further details. ## Facilities - **Dog Friendly:** Well-behaved dogs welcome. £15 per week or £7.50 per weekend/short break. Regrettably we cannot accept cats. - **Accessibility:** One cottage is suitable for accompanied disabled visitors. Another property has level access throughout. - **Hot Tub:** We can arrange hire of portable hot tubs. - **WiFi:** Good WiFi connections in all properties. Mobile signal reasonably good. - **Kitchen:** Well-equipped kitchens in all properties with cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, cafetiere, and washing/drying machine. - **Dining Room:** Dining or kitchen/dining room per property. Banquet table to seating around 40 for larger celebrations, events and seminars. - **Sitting Room:** Comfortable living areas, some with log fires, many with characterful beams, all with rural views. - **TV and Music Facilities:** TVs in all properties. - **Games Room:** None but Party/Dining room seating around 40 available. - **Heating and Open Fires:** Oil-fired central heating in the West Wing, economy 7 in all other properties, and open fires in some + extra freestanding electric heaters supplied. - **Bedrooms:** A mixture of double, twin, triple and single bedrooms - see details for each property. - **Linen:** Bed linen and bath towels are provided. - **Bathrooms:** A mix of en suite and separate bath or shower rooms, plus combinations of both. - **Children's Facilities:** Children welcome but if very young please provide an indemnity and bring your own stair gates. 3 cots and 3 high chairs available (but not cot linen). - **Outdoor:** Garden furniture in all gardens and BBQs for the larger properties. - **Swimming Pool:** We do not have a pool. There is a very good Leisure Centre at Stroud 15 mins drive with swimming pools, badminton, squash and tennis bookable. - **Parking:** Off road parking for all properties.
