Whitminster House self catering cottages are located on the Cotswold Edge/Severn Vale in Gloucestershire – approx 3 miles from M5 Junction 13, half way between Bristol and Cheltenham.
We have full flexibility for groups requiring temporary accommodation with separate beds and/or bedrooms – to sleep any numbers from 2 to a max of 49, either taking individual cottages or in various combinations of the properties.
All are very fully furnished and equipped as individual houses with restful gardens and ample parking. Catering and shopping can be arranged as required.
There is a large separate Party Room for meetings or bonding groups and several corporate activity centres nearby providing activities including golf courses, shooting ranges, paint balling, Honda bikes, fishing.
For larger corporate functions, a marquee for 100-350+ can be sited in the Victorian Walled Garden with electricity, water, lavatories and ample parking.

Dog Friendly

Well-behaved dogs welcome. £15 per week or £7.50 per weekend/short break. Regret no cats.

Disabled Facilities

One cottage is suitable for accompanied disabled visitors. Another property has level access throughout.

Reasonable mobile reception. Good wifi in Walk Farm House, Walk House and Lodge Cottage; varied areas of wifi signal in the Manor House

Kitchen

Well-equipped kitchens in all properties with cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, cafetiere, and washing/drying machine.

Dining Room

Dining or kitchen/dining room per property. Banquet table to seat up to 40 (48 max on request) for larger celebrations, events and seminars.

Sitting Room

Comfortable living areas, some with log fires, many with characterful beams, all with rural views.

TV and Music Facilities

TV, video, DVD, music centre plus Karaoke in party room (bring your own discs).

Games Room

1 covered play & Party/Dining room to seat 40 (48 upon request).

Heating and Open Fires

Oil-fired central heating in the West Wing, economy 7 in all other properties, and open fires in some + extra freestanding electric heaters supplied.

Bedrooms

A mixture of double, twin, triple and single bedrooms - see details for each property.

Linen

Bedlinen included. UK visitors are asked to bring their own towels; towels are provided for all visitors arriving by plane, train or boat if notified.

Bathrooms

A mix of en suite and separate bath or shower rooms, plus combinations of both.

Children's Facilities

Children welcome but if very young please provide an indemnity and bring your own stair gates. 3 Cots and 3 high chairs available (but not cot linen).

Outdoor

Barbecues and garden furniture. Hot tub connections available for hired-in tubs. Contacts provided on request.

Swimming Pool

We do not have a pool. However, there is a very good Leisure Centre at Stroud 15 mins drive with swimming pools, badminton, squash and tennis bookable

Parking

Off road parking for all properties. Overflow parking nearby.

Smoking

No smoking indoors - outside only if required.

Booking Information

Reduced rates for smaller groups taking large houses. All quotes include VAT, individually priced to be conveniently combined as per your numbers and availability, and for the venue options. 2 or 3 night weekends at the same rate, also up to 4 nights midweek.
