Wickham is a unique beachfront holiday home where families and friends can come together to slow down and enjoy a true seaside escape. Set in a spectacular coastal position on East Wittering beach, this beautifully restored early 1900s house blends timeless charm with modern comfort, sleeping up to 10 guests across 5 bedrooms. It is also dog friendly, making it ideal for relaxed coastal stays.

One of the original seaside homes in the area, Wickham retains much of its period character while offering thoughtful updates throughout. The flexible layout works especially well for two families sharing. The first floor includes a stunning master bedroom with en suite and uninterrupted sea views, so close you can watch the waves from bed. A bunk room leads directly off the master, making it a natural family suite, alongside a twin bedroom overlooking the rear garden. On the ground floor, two further double bedrooms sit off the main living space, each with charming restored original basins, complemented by a family bathroom.

At the heart of the home is the spacious sitting and dining room, a warm and welcoming space with an open log fire for cosy winter evenings and bi-fold doors that open fully in summer to connect the interior with the garden, veranda and beach beyond. This room is perfect for shared meals, board games and relaxed evenings together. A covered veranda sits just outside, offering a peaceful spot for morning coffee or sunset drinks overlooking the sea.

The well-equipped kitchen at the rear of the house includes everything needed for easy group catering, along with a small breakfast table and direct access to the secure private garden. Sheltered and enclosed, the garden is ideal for children to play safely or for relaxed outdoor dining in the sea air.

Private parking for 2–3 cars is available nearby. Just a short stroll from East Wittering village and close to Bracklesham Bay, Wickham is perfectly placed for beach days, coastal walks and watersports, offering a rare combination of character, comfort and unbeatable seaside location.

During July and August we only accept stays of 7 nights or longer with a Friday changeover day.
