The Lakes sleeps 18-30*. Accommodation comprises:

These are all centred around a communal safari tent and each has its own cosy wood-burner, private loo/shower shack, fire-pit and outdoor seating. In addition, two of the huts also have their own fully-equipped kitchen shelters.

The communal 'Nest' safari tent is at the centre of the site with 2 separate cooking areas, fridge-freezers, dining area, comfy leather sofas and bean bags plus a cosy pellet-burner to ward off evening chills. It's your space to cook, eat and relax. There is also a communal outdoor kitchen area next to the safari tent with large sink, wood-fired pizza oven and large fire-pit/oven.

All accommodation is set in a 76 acre wilderness overlooking an amazing 8 acre lake that is perfect for wild swimming, paddle-boarding and sailing in our small dinghy. All equipment is provided and included.

* Can also be added to booking, however these have no heating and share facilities with main units.

Honeypot Meadow is a more secluded retreat comprising:
2 x larger, bespoke, 2 person shepherd's huts (with king bed and ensuite)

Situated in a wildflower meadow, each hut has its own decking with a private wood-fired hot tub - perfect for taking a restorative soak in at the end of the day. It also has its own Sundowner cabin - an elevated living / cooking area with wood burner and terrace, ideally situated to watch the sun go down over the meadow and spring-fed lake.

Both sites are completely off-grid, with electricity from solar power. We also have a bore to provide water at the Lakes.

Thetford Forest and Snetterton racing circuit are nearby, plus we are within easy reach of the Norfolk and Suffolk coasts and only half an hour from the 'Fine City' of Norwich.
